Mentoring Schemes

We run a mentoring scheme enabling selected students to interact on a regular basis with working practice architects in relation to their course work. This allows the student to ensure real live and working solutions to their projects and experience a little of life in the working world.

The selection process involves invited individuals coming into the practice to present for 90 seconds, with a maximum of 2 slides, a project or scheme, preferably of their own work. This usually happens around November time.

From this we select a small number of individuals to carry on with the mentoring scheme. These individuals then come into the practice at a specified date / time to receive mentoring advice.

After 6 months or 6 visits, the student will be asked to fill in a feedback form.

For 2012 we have 2 students coming to meet with our project architect Emma Tanti.
