Mipim Property & Development fair in Cannes
26 March 2010
The annual Mipim Property and Development fair in Cannes is one of the largest industry events and Pozzoni are well represented with Partners Stewart Grant, Nigel Saunders and Tony Bennett working hard to soak up the sun and the many contacts, opportunities and information at the event.
The Mipim Property event - the sun, short sleeves, seminars and no sleep!
Well the weather is fine, the Med looks great and with huge numbers the Mipim event is buzzing as usual!
With such little time to meet everyone and attend all the events we've embraced a 24 hour work culture, and even though it's a challenge we seem to be holding up balancing the work and party responsibilities!
Despite the economic climate there are some exciting development opportunities on show and we've been attending the presentations by some of the larger UK Local Authorities, such as Birmingham and Salford, to understand their redevelopment and regeneration plans.
In addition, we have been spending time with valued clients past and present as well as talking to potential future partners.
Maybe it's the weather and the hospitality but people appear optimistic and it's good to see that our work is so well respected across the sectors.
That's it for now; we're off to another event which requires our professional attention!
Best Wishes
Stewart, Nigel and Tony.
