2010 - Improving our customer support even during challenging times

Providing the best service to our clients is alwasys at the heart of our work, but is especially crucial during these challenging times. That's why our survey this year has been so important, and we would like to thank the many organisations who shared their views, and also tell you what you told us about Pozzoni.

The big message is that we have raised our overall Business Knowledge, with clients reporting real improvements to our Managing Risks and Keeping to Programme/Budgets, plus further recognition of our enhanced Creative and Innovative Solutions rating and achnowledged Design and Technical Abilities.

Interestingly, strong feedback requesting further support on sustainability and environmental issued highlighted that we need to improve the profile of our in house Green Team and ensure that Clients are aware of the extensive environmental knowledge, qualified expertise and added value we can bring to every project.
