When I joined Pozzoni over 25 years ago I embraced the culture of the business, the unique approach to working relationships and the determination to get under the skin of the Clients’ business. Developed over time, this approach has evolved, in our words, as Personal Architecture.

To promote this and support our growth, we introduced sector heads who have become experts in their particular area and share the passions, challenges and issues facing their Clients.

As a Practice, we go further and listen harder. The result is the creation and development of a built environment which is always unique to the brief - timeless and ingenious. I am equally proud of our commitment to embed this philosophy and culture throughout our business, understanding that a personal response to every design forms the basis of how we get things done.

This is personal architecture, rewarding us with a quiet success which extends beyond the regions where we are physically based.

We are a business that works in partnership with our Clients; there is a trust and an understanding which makes for enduring professional relationships. A large proportion of our business is consistently from returning Clients. We know that small details in design can make a major difference to those people living and working in our buildings and that is why our personal ethos underpins every commission.
