Our work in this sector encompasses large-scale
manufacturing facilities for major national companies
and speculative incubator units in the form of small
terraced developments. A particular highlight recently
has seen the Practice complete a 0.4km long
production facility for Bison Pre-Cast Products in the
East Midlands, housing an innovative production
process manufacturing widespan hollow core
pre-cast planks.
Design and build is a particular growth area for
Pozzoni within this sector. Having established a
reputation for designing economical and functional
facilities in this very competitive market we are
enjoying a high proportion of repeat business and
referrals.
We are also creating a name for ourselves in the
design of user-focused, appropriate industrial
buildings suited to the institutional funding market.
The Practice continues to work closely with a
number of national regeneration specialists in the
preparation of brownfield regeneration proposals
throughout the country.
