Pozzoni completes Office in Cheshire's 'Golden Triangle'
12 November 2009
Pozzoni has completed a speculative office building in the heart of Cheshire's ‘golden triangle'. Petros Developments' Kings Close in Wilmslow, Cheshire is a new build, three storey scheme which will provide the town's office market with 10,000 ft of grade A office space.
The scheme has been designed to provide flexible space for businesses with central communal areas fitted out to a high quality specification and office floor plates ready for tenant fit out.
Speaking about the design of the scheme, Pozzoni partner Stewart Grant said: "The design drivers were to provide premium office accommodation within a contemporary, modern envelope whilst blending sympathetically with the local surroundings. The creative design enabled for an efficient use of a tight town centre site.
"The design concept was based on the idea of a glass box with overlying skins of metal cladding and brickwork with deep set punched windows. This has allowed for a low pitched roof to provide a generous overhang which floats over the entire perimeter of the building creating a sense of shelter." The appointed agent on the scheme is Lambert Smith Hampton.
