Education position available: Project Architect Pozzoni LLP operates across the full breadth of the education sector, encompassing schools, FE colleges and universities. Due to recent successes, we are now in a position to engage an experienced architect, to take on an important role in strategic development of the Education Team. Experience in managing the design process, stakeholder consultation, traditional / design and build procurement routes would all be beneficial. This position offers the chance to join projects at their earliest stages and therefore contribute and influence accordingly, with real opportunities for career advancement within the Education Team. Community Housing, Care Homes & Retirement Villages positions available: Design and Project Architects Design and Project Architects to work across a range of urban regeneration housing initiatives for some of the top Housing Associations in the North West as well as a number of cutting edge Care Home and Retirement Village projects throughout the UK. • New build estates up to £10m • Tower block refurbishments throughout UK - 25 in pipeline • Special needs housing • 9 Retirement village complexes throughout the UK, total value £250m • 12 State of the Art Care Homes throughout the UK for a range of national operators • International collaboration through National and International Care Forums.

Private Housing positions available:Design Architects and Architectural Technologists To work on an expanding portfolio of innovative speculative and private housing projects across the North of England. Our projects include contemporary home zone focused housing schemes, dramatic urban new build apartments, the integration of apartments into historic mill buildings and vernacular site specific village style developments.

Commercial, Retail and Mixed Use positions available:Design Architects and Architectural Technologists Project Architects and Architectural Technologists with job running and juggling abilities to work on a wide range of urban regeneration schemes throughout the North West, including Shopping Centre and office redevelopments, Retail and Business Parks and large scale, retail-led mixed use town centre schemes, which currently include: • £25m Neighborhood Centre, retail led mixed use regeneration scheme in Chester • £80m District Centre mixed use scheme in North Liverpool • £120m Town Centre mixed use redevelopment scheme in Stoke on Trent • Various Shopping Centre refurbishment schemes • landmark regeneration project on the north bank of the River Aire in Leeds, comprising    of 840 apartments, 110,00sqft of offices and 40,000sqft of commercial active uses with    500 basement car parking spaces.

Sports Leisure positions available:Design Architects, Architectural Technologists Over the last decade Pozzoni have become a National leader in Leisure Design throughout the UK. We work across the Country and have a client list covering local Authorities and leisure Trusts through to Private Clubs and many of the Commercial Leisure Operators.   Pozzoni have projects ranging from half a million pound refurbishments through to £20m new build schemes, and offer a range of design services from strategic phasing and master planning to feasibility, design and consultancy work. Currently we are developing refurbishment proposals for 6 existing leisure centre facilities across the country with values ranging from £0.5 - £5.0m, as well as feasibility work for 4 new Pools and associated leisure facilities.   Opportunities are immediately available for Design Architects and Technologists with real flair to develop, design and take ownership of their projects.

Position descriptions

Project and Design Architects   to £45,000*

Role If you love Architecture and have a talent for conceiving design solutions better than the rest (particularly in the fields of Community and Private Housing, Sports Leisure, Care Homes, Commercial, Retail and Mixed-Use Urban Regeneration) then this is exactly what you're looking for. With exceptional creative, communication and persuasion skills - as well as the confidence that's required to work in a flourishing, fast-paced Architectural environment - you'll play a key role in Pozzoni's design realisation and delivery. Above all, you'll possess a strong commitment to succeed - and a thorough determination to further your career. Basics Minimum 2 years, job-running post qualified experience; CAD literacy (Revit or AutoCad experience preferred); management development and technical training support provided.

Architectural Technologists & Senior Architectural Technologists    to £40,000*

Role An unrivalled opportunity has arisen for experienced technical project coordinators to lead and develop technical output - working at the heart of one of the dedicated Community Housing, Care Home, Retirement Village, Retail, Commercial, Mixed Use and Sports Leisure teams. Level-headed, with a pragmatic hands-on approach, you should also have the drive and energy to promote and share technical best practice across the business as a whole. Attention to detail is central; a desire to make it happen vital Basics: minimum 5 years, job-running post-qualified experience (MCIAT or HNC preferred); unrivalled knowledge of Building Construction technology and legislation; CAD literacy (Revit or AutoCAD experience preferred); management development and technical training processes available.

Part II Assistants    to £25,000*
