University of Central Lancashire - New departmental building
Pozzoni was commissioned to undertake a feasibility study for a new £30m development. This project was approached by exploring concepts and ideas to establish an enhanced, holistic approach. We have masterplanned the site following a thorough site analysis and delivered a feasibility study which demonstrated potential for the site - in order to "unlock" this site, a series of other projects are soon to move forward on adjacent sites.
