Xaverian College, Manchester
The extensive refurbishment works have taken place within the various College buildings to provide additional teaching areas and update existing teaching facilities. The three year programme included extensive estate renewal and DDA works in order to provide modern and accessible teaching facilities. Works included creation of six science labs, a new open plan 40 station IT Suite and dedicated music and drama studios. Works were carefully phased so as to provide minimum ‘down time' to the College.
