Pozzoni were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study for a new £30m development.
This project has been approached by exploring concepts and ideas to establish an enhanced, holistic approach. The masterplanning of the site follows a thorough site analysis and feasibility study which demonstrates the potential for the site. In order to 'unlock' this site, a series of other projects are soon to move forward on adjacent sites as part of and resulting from the masterplan study.
