The 100 bed hotel on Upper Brook Street makes a major visual impact and a significant economic contribution to the wider Oxford Road Corridor regeneration area, revitalising an existing derelict site with an exciting new building.

Hotel entrance, ground floor restaurant and reception activities provide a lively interface with Upper Brook Street, also forming a podium over which the building cascades for six storeys at street frontage to three storeys at the rear, reflecting the varying scale of neighbouring buildings.
