The Avenham Estate is a stock transfer with a brief to replace obsolete and derelict housing with high quality family homes and to contribute to the regeneration of the are and integrate within the urban fabric whilst accommodating the needs, aspirations and lifestyles of current and future residents.

Works include: Internal and external refurbishment of houses and maisonettes; external works, boundary fencing and security, external lighting; 54 new build family houses; 32 new build flats; Housing is mixed tenure aimed at families, couples and single people; refurbishment of Client's local office building; remodelling of existing retail premises.
