On the site of a redundant wholesale market, adjacent to City Hall in a key location; the result of a successful competition entry. Accommodating a mix of homes from 2-bed starter homes to 5-bed family houses for the local community.
Phase 1 provided 33 houses and flats for rent and phase 2 provided a further 19 houses with a mix of rent and shared ownership.
