Avenham Tower Block remodelling

The refurbishment of three 11 storey tower blocks containing over 150 units which has created a positive local landmark and an improved environment for the residents.

With the refurbishment of 172 low rise flats, 58 new build houses and 52 new build apartments this scheme contributes to the regeneration of the area and integration within the urban fabric whilst accommodating the needs, aspirations and lifestyles of current and future residents.
