An existing heavy industrial site consisting of several large high bay units spread over some 50 acres. The brief to refurbish initially 3 no. units to release to the market approximately 600,000 sq.ft of high quality storage space ranging from 30,000 sq.ft to 250,000 sq.ft.

 

In addition to the existing building stock there are opportunities to provide approximately 500,000 sq.ft of additional space which will be further enhanced with a new bridge across White Cart water linking the park directly with the motorway network and airport.

 

As part of an overall strategy for the Westway, the facililty is to be completely re-branded moving away from its heavy industrial roots to a more mixed and versatile facility. To achieve this goal, the site is to be provided with a new feature gatehouse, as well as new corporate signage ranging from large keynote signs, gateways signs, and directional signs through to individual unit signs.
