The refurbishment of a 1970's office block in a prime location, to create a mixed-use environment offering high quality, mid-price retail space on the ground floor with offices above. We extended the building at the top floor, utilising the dramatic views across Manchester's Piccadilly Gardens.
The reception was particularly dramatic featuring high quality polished plaster and black walnut joinery and fit-out works followed on for the ground floor retail units which have now all successfully been let.
