A demanding project from the outset with a very fast and critical programme. The scheme delivers 55,000sqf of top quality office space in a prime city location.
Working closely with Driver Jonas Deloitte and Overbury we implemented the scheme and responded to evolving detailed client requirements.
Regular workshop meetings with Overbury and various sub contractors meant the quick development of the detail design and meet the programme demands.
The project was completed on time and the client is delighted with the results.
