The design of 10,398 ft of Grade A speculative office space to provide high-quality flexible accommodation. Central communal areas have been fitted out to a high quality specification with the office floor plates as a shell and core finish ready for tenant fit out.
The design concept was based on the idea of a glass box with overlying skins of metal cladding and brickwork with deep set punched windows. This has allowed for a low pitched roof to provide a generous overhang which floats over the entire perimeter of the building creating a sense of shelter.
