Project
The first phase of Seddon Developments Kings Reach Development comprises two high quality offices of 12,000 sq ft.
The buildings feature brickwork elevations with large curtain wall infills rising through 2 storeys; with a high level composite metal fascia and mono-pitch roof.
The entrance is emphasised by a projecting contemporary “Box” of natural stone and curtain walling with opportunity for building signage.
Internally, the buildings feature a double height reception lobby with bespoke balcony detailing and a high quality office fit out to the open plan areas and toilet accommodation.
Both buildings were pre sold to owner occupiers and form the front piece to a further 130,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
