Miranda Aged Care Facility

Outline planning consent had been obtained for six 'cottages' for residents with demential and nursing needs in this suburb of Sydney. Hammond Care, the largest provider of care facilities for older people in Australia, tasked us with an appraisal and reordering of the design in terms of community, flexibility, efficiency and external space within the planning constraints. Our proposals were taken forward and implemented by the client.
