Ravenhead Retail Park, St Helens
The project was part of the regeneration of a 35 acre brownfield site in the heart of St Helens to provide a new high quality retail development. Our public realm design, which had a pedestrian axis or spine through the site with a central plaza and clock tower feature at its pivotal point makes orientation easy within the park. This retail park is among the top 10 largest retail parks in the UK and continues to attract further investment and phased construction.
