E-learning Centre, Manchester
The new e-learning centre at Blessed Thomas Holford Catholic College opened in Summer 2010 providing the school with a modern and attractive face lift.
On entering both visitors and students alike are greeted by a new reception area with its fresh white walls that allow coloured glazing to travel across the walls changing the interior as the sun moves across the sky.
The character of the spaces is defined with bright and clean finishes from the light Papyrus flooring to the white curved desks that wind across the 4 teaching rooms adding a touch of flair and interest. All teaching rooms are equipped with the most up-to-date ICT equipment and sit comfortably alongside a well equipped conference room.
The interiors are spacious and the environment encourages concentration and clarity of thought as the students work flashes from the terminals. Margie Martin, Pozzoni's Interior Designer stated "Speaking to students and staff everyone is uplifted by the space and enjoying what has turned out to be a major success ".
