We deliver masterplanning solutions for a range of public and private sector clients, including universities, hospital trusts, land owners and developers.

Successful masterplanning creates a strong vision for a place where people live, work and play in a sustainable integrated community. The design framework needs to be flexible, providing a framework of aims and objectives for the subsequent detailed design of areas and buildings.

We design site-responsive sustainable solutions, in consultation with stakeholders and the local community, providing maximum flexibility, value and ownership. This process is supported by peer-group reviews of our designs alongside structured Town Planning liaison.

Teamwork is essential to arrive at a successful masterplan. By undertaking the role of lead designer, we coordinate design input from other disciplines including town planning, engineering, environmental impact, flood risk, noise, transportation, ecology and landscape.

Our strengths lie in our ability to draw upon a wide range of sector specialisms when designing mixed use masterplans. By understanding each component of a project at micro-level, we ensure that each masterplan is robust and deliverable at macro level.
