Sustainability Service

Our approach to sustainable design is to integrate energy efficient measures into the project from the outset, using passive environmental design principles and not add-on extras.

Our environmental specialists work with the architectural teams to provide advice and ensure that all of our designs are well informed at the earliest stage and delivered in line with our Environment Policy and objectives. This team working approach is critical to the success of our schemes.

The Pozzoni Green Team meets on a monthly basis to discuss project specific environmental design, new and future legislation as well as upcoming events and seminars. The Green Team comprises representatives from each sector so that knowledge can be shared across the Practice. The Pozzoni Sustainability Checklist forms part of our ISO 14001 accredited Environmental Management System which we achieved in 2008. The BS EN ISO 14001 environmental standard is recognition of our investment in environmental and sustainability knowledge and practice.

In addition to the listed services, we are also able to provide Sustainability Statements and BREEAM Pre Assessments for Planning Applications, sunpath analysis and project specific environmental design advice.
